Watridge Lake Alberta

Watridge Lake is an easy hike from the parking lot. It is a clear lake but is shallow from shore in most areas. It was deeper off the shore at the southwest corner.

Contrary to all the information I have heard or read on Watridge the fishing was poor. I never spotted anything that could have been over 12". The one pictured above coming in at 10". Fish were present in the SW corner of the lake but the rest of the lake was seemingly absent of fish.
